The Gharieni Group and VOYA are working together to develop customized body treatments
Moers, Germany: In today’s highly competitive spa market, it is becoming increasingly difficult for spas to stand out from the competition and offer truly innovative treatment protocols that enhance the guest experience and leave a memorable impression. VOYA and the Gharieni Group have therefore teamed up to develop three different treatment offerings to expand the range and increase sales.
The synergy of the heated quartz in the Gharieni MLX Quartz Table combined with the beneficial properties of algae supports detoxification by improving lymphatic flow, thereby helping to flush out toxins. In addition, the heat of the quartz helps to dilate the pores so that products can be better absorbed and provides anti-inflammatory and healing properties to further strengthen the skin’s natural defenses.
Clair Davidson, Sales Manager at VOYA, says: “We are delighted to be working with Gharieni on this exciting project. We are both innovative and forward-thinking brands working together to enable spa operators to enhance their menus and retail sales. The MLX quartz bed is a treatment in itself and works in synergy with our seaweed to offer guests optimal results. The combination of the two experiences will also allow spas to maximize their profitability.”
The treatments include:
Massage – heated quartz crystals warm the muscles, while pressure point, Balinese and Hawaiian techniques stretch and relax them.
Wrap & Facial – a body wrap with warm laminaria leaves enhances the detoxifying effects of the heated quartz, followed by a facial that begins with an exfoliation and ends with a mask that moisturizes and smoothes the skin.
Massage, wrap & facial treatment – a combination of both to promote general well-being, lymphatic drainage and body balance.
“The combination of VOYA’s results-oriented luxury products with the fantastic possibilities of the Gharieni MLX Quartz lounger takes results-oriented treatments in spas to the next level,” says Andreas Blum, Head of Treatment Concepts at Gharieni. “The synergies simultaneously create unforgettable moments and body transformations for guests.”
The new treatments, which will be launched in early 2020, will first be presented in Dubai at the Professional Beauty GCC and then at Cosmoprof Bologna and Professional Beauty in London.
