The Wellness program incorporates four distinct modalities inspired by the classical elements:
‘Fire’ (stimulating), ‘Water’ (calming), ‘Earth’ (stabilizing), and ‘Air’ (invigorating).
These modalities can be experienced individually or combined in four pre-programmed sequences designed to provide a holistic wellness experience.
MASSAGE
Enjoy a variety of massage options with four dedicated programs: ‘Bloodflow’ for circulation, ‘Siesta’ for relaxation, ‘Spine’ for back relief, and ‘De-stress’ for overall well-being.
For a more comprehensive experience, choose from four additional combination programs that blend all our massage techniques.
