The programs
RLX BrainGym™ Mental Fitness Lounger opens the door to nine unique modules, each offering 2–6 immersive programs. In total, you’ll find 40 carefully designed experiences (quantum harmonic audio treatments), including five voice-guided sessions that lead you step by step towards your desired outcomes.
An additional demo program introduces you to the power of brain entrainment through the BrainGym™ technology.
The relaxation and meditation programs are designed to guide your brainwaves into restorative alpha and theta states, promoting deep calm and mental well-being. For sleep optimization, specialized programs help you reach rejuvenating delta states. There’s even a module that stimulates gamma brainwaves, associated with focus, peak performance, and heightened awareness
