When positioned flat on the floor, the fold-out side panels create the ideal space for traditional Thai massage. For treatments such as facials, body wraps, and classic massages, powerful dual lifting columns raise the table smoothly to full working height. With features including the Trendelenburg position and integrated heating, guests experience exceptional comfort and complete relaxation.

The Gharieni MLR Transform features four powerful actuators for precise electric adjustment. The lying surface can be expanded to 118 cm (46.5 in) in width (with two fold-out side upholsteries), and lowered completely to floor level . The backrest adjusts by approximately 70°, the leg section by 25°, and the table inclination by ±15°.
