With its slim, narrow base and gently curved front panels, it provides additional foot and legroom for improved therapist access and ergonomic freedom during massages and cosmetic treatments, making it a standout luxury treatment bed for modern spa environments.
The full-length massage bed upholstery is available in two thickness options, offering exceptional comfort even during extended sessions. Powered by motorised actuators, the MLW F1 Neo allows smooth adjustment across all treatment positions, with swiveling arm supports for effortless alignment.
A distinctive highlight of its design are the interchangeable wooden side panels, which can be easily updated to complement evolving spa interiors. Optional ambient LED lighting adds a personalized design accent, allowing the treatment table to integrate seamlessly into any wellness concept—combining form, practical function, and adaptability in true Gharieni style.

Specially formed front ends
The elegantly curved aluminum front panels of the MLW F1 Neo provide generous legroom, ensuring optimal ergonomics for every type of treatment. This thoughtful design allows therapists to work comfortably and efficiently throughout the session. Available in a selection of colors.
Spa Ambience Light
A concealed LED strip at the base adds a light accent in your chosen color, creating an inviting atmosphere in the treatment room.
More comfort with six actuators
The MLW F1 Neo features six actuators for maximum flexibility and precision. The arm supports can be adjusted together with the height, back, leg, and foot sections.
All settings can be controlled directly at the push of a button, or saved in the memory function for one-touch positioning. The luxury treatment bed offers a height range of 58–91 cm (22.8–35.8 in), with the backrest adjustable by approx. 70°, the leg section by 25°, the foot section by up to 18°, and the headrest section has the ability to tilt by ±30°.
