1. Promoter This promotion is organised by Gharieni Group GmbH, Gutenbergstrasse 40, Moers 47443 Germany (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility This giveaway is open to professionals operating within the wellness, spa, and beauty industry with a registered business located in Europe.

Participants must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Be acting on behalf of a business or professional practice

• Provide accurate and complete information

The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not meet these criteria.

3. How to Enter To enter, participants must:

• Complete the official application form

• Follow @Gharienigroup on Instagram

• Like the giveaway post

• Tag two (2) relevant wellness/spa/beauty professionals in the comments

Optional:

• Share the giveaway in their Instagram story for additional entries mentioning @gharienigroup

Entries that do not complete all required steps may be disqualified.

4. Entry Period The giveaway opens on 20th March 2026 and closes on 20th April 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

5. The Prize One (1) winner will receive:

• A Gharieni MLW NEO treatment table

The prize:

• Is non-transferable

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives

• May be subject to availability

Shipping costs within Europe are included in the prize. Any additional costs outside of standard delivery (e.g. special access requirements, installation, or upgrades) are not included unless otherwise agreed.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected from all valid entries.

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify entry conditions (including Instagram actions)

• Disqualify incomplete or invalid entries

The winner will be contacted via DM on their Instagram account and the email provided in the application form.

If the winner does not respond within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may:

• Announce the winner publicly

• Use the winner’s business name for promotional purposes

8. Limitation of Liability The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

• Incomplete or lost entries

• Technical issues affecting entry
